Maryland Guard Intel Battalion uses innovation to prepare for Army Combat Fitness Test
REISTERSTOWN, Md. - U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 629th Military Intelligence Battalion, National Guard, receive instruction on proper stretching and warm-up techniques in preparation of the Army Combat Fitness Test Jan. 14, 2019, at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation, Reisterstown, Md. Over the next six months, about 60 Soldiers from the MI battalion are incorporating a program known as 'Fit to Serve' into their military training and civilian life to improve overall mental and physical health.
